Definitions for physique goal

Cutting - Losing the maximum amount of body fat while maintaining lean muscle.The primary goal is fat loss. NOTE: It is possible for some to gain muscle while losing body fat but the primary goal is fat loss and is accomplished via a caloric deficit. Also described as toning, defining, leaning out and shredding.
Bulking - Gaining the maximum amount of muscle while keeping fat accumulation to a minimum. The primary goal is gaining muscle. NOTE: It is possible for some to lose body fat while gaining muscle, but the primary goal is gaining muscle and is accomplished via a caloric surplus. Also described as adding lean mass and gaining.


Before you start your program, I will need these measurements in order to keep track of your progress. You also will re-measure and send me these statistics bi-weekly. Meaning I would like these statistics taken in the morning on an empty stomach on the day you begin your program and we will do all of these measurements once more at the 15 day mark and then again at the 30 day mark to assess progress made. We will continue in this fashion so long as you are continuing coaching. As I’m doing my part I’m holding you accountable to do yours so please make sure to send your check-ins every 15 days as you will not be reminded.
