9 weeks ago, I was frustrated with the progress I was making on my self-designed workout regime. I took a chance and contacted Jordan from Conscious Muscle, not expecting to be able to afford Jordan’s coaching. Not only are his guides affordable, they work! I have lost 16 pounds, and have gained lots of muscle! Jordan is also very positive, inspiring and motivational. I could not be happier with my gains and will continue to follow his advice!

After taking a break from marathon and triathlon training for about a year and a half, I slowly started back up with the goal of improving my marathon time and perhaps competing in an Ironman competition. After a few months of seeing very little improvement on my own, I decided to consult with Jordan. I like that he is plant-based and still gains muscle. A huge myth among meat-eaters, as well as others in my fitness community, is that vegans are frail and unhealthy and can’t gain muscle. Jordan squashes that myth. The guy is a natural beast! I knew I did not have my nutrition down in order to yield the results I wanted. After just a month of coaching from Jordan, I am amazed at how drastic my body has changed and how much stronger I am. I lost well over 12 inches from my chest, stomach, and waist area, and just over 2 inches each from my thighs. The fat in my arms and legs has turned to muscle. Jordan gave me the foundation to work with– an easy meal plan to follow and the proper combination of weight training and cardio exercises and I have finally started seeing such improvement in my overall health, fitness, and strength. Jordan is amazing. And he cares about the well-being of every living creature on our planet. He’s completely inspirational and motivating. He checks up on progress and I can tell he truly cares for his clients and loves what he does. I’m pretty sure I thank him on the daily because I’m amazed, still, at the things my body is doing at my age (41 years young now)!
