One-on-One Coaching
Limited Availability$150 for the initial month, $90 per month thereafter.
Your personalized program covers Nutrition, Training, Fitness Coaching, Check-Ins, and Support with continued coaching.
We’ll start with a questionnaire once your purchase is completed, where I will get all of the information I need to set up a customized program for you.

Macro + Menu Package
Get a customized caloric and macronutrient plan, including the total number of calories that I recommend you consume — both per day, and per meal. Each macronutrient (fat, carbohydrates and protein) is broken down in detail, and this is then translated into a menu that outlines precise meals and portion sizes. The plan also takes into account nutrient timing optimal results.

Workout Guide
This is a customized workout program designed around your body type, goals and schedule. It includes easy-to-follow instructions, an outline of the exercises and specific numbers of sets and repetitions to follow. It is written in a user-friendly format so that anyone from a beginner to a pro can follow it to success.
